- Locked out of your account – Contact the LiveWell support team at (855) 624-9366 or email LiveWellSupport@aah.org.
- Forgot your username or password – Try using the Forgot Username? or Forgot Password? links beneath the Sign In button to reset or recover your information.
- Can’t access your child’s account – Go to your LiveWell account and select Request access to your child’s record quick link in right navigation. Access should be available within 5 business days.
